rein in wandering Mind

I'm glad to find this blog again. What can I write that is worth reading? Darling Husband waving a foot in my face like a little kid declaring "There's a sticker!!" broke my concentration... Then on Judge Mathis ... this gal says, "He got another girl pregnant while having sex with me." I had to wonder how this is possible.. I am trying always trying, my mind just wanders here and there. I must rein it in and soon before it just wanders out in the road and becomes road kill
